I've been dealing with some pretty serious gut issues and for the first time in many many years, I'm going to a doctor about it. While the Ivermectin and Fenben have been making a world of difference, I'm still not out of the woods yet.

We're going to do a mineral deficiency test and then the DNA methylation test.

This thing will take 3 hours tomorrow. I hope I can stand being there that long.

Not yet. I'll ask about that as well. Good idea.

Well I went... almost 4 hours of tests, questions, and all of it.

Found out I have high levels of lead in my system and low in minerals where it's hard for my body to process insulin. Going to the health store today to try and find products to detox heavy metals.

I have a water test kit, going to test the well this weekend, make sure the metals are not coming from the well.

My mainly meat diet is the only real way I can provide comfort during this transition.

I still want to do the metalation DNA test, while it's cheaper at the local Dr., it can take 6-8 weeks to get results. 10X health has a robust test that takes less time (Gary Brecka) but after some reviews, I might go with the local Dr. one.
