Hey everyone! I wanted to share an exciting event coming up in 2025 for all the ladies interested in learning and honing their homesteading skills. The Ozarks Homesteading Women’s Retreat is happening next year, and it’s shaping up to be an incredible experience of community-building, knowledge sharing, and hands-on activities.

Event Details:

• When: August 15–17, 2025
• Where: Bear Hollow Homestead, nestled in the beautiful Ozarks
• What to Expect: A welcoming environment focused on traditional skills, practical workshops, demonstrations, discussions, and plenty of time to connect with fellow homesteaders. You’ll have opportunities to learn about gardening, preserving and fermenting food, herbal medicine, animal husbandry, basic carpentry, and so much more—all led by experienced teachers who are passionate about “old ways” and sustainable living.

Not only will you pick up practical knowledge, but you’ll also get to meet a fantastic group of like-minded women from various backgrounds. Whether you’re a seasoned homesteader or brand new, this retreat promises a supportive setting to learn, share, and grow.
